where is the new encore project going to be bulit
Encore was planned to be built just north of Wynn. Part of the space was recently made into surface parking to handle the theater-goers and add capacity to the often filled up garage. I believe Wynn won't build, or make a decision on Encore, until after Macau is operating. It still looks like Wynn is having trouble getting high room rates for the existing tower. In fact, Costco sells travel packages on its website in some states. A Wynn package is actually cheaper than the Luxor package. That's not good.
