Wow! Opened with the mind blowing sushi on very spicy crispy rice. Handcrafted bourbon cocktails were great. All natural filet was one of the best pieces of meat I ever had. Although the sauces are fantastic (they give your four), I preferred the taste of the meat alone. Finished with Corn Soufflé with Caramel Popcorn and Chipolte Ice Cream. I will repeat at every visit.

Nothing bad. Nothing great. For a hefty price tag, you want to be "wowed" during your dining experience. I wasn't. Won't return. Too many better options in the town.

Confermiamo le sensazioni del 2010. Ristorante superlativo. Perfetto il filetto e le costolette d'agnello e il purè con il tartufo.

The homemade sodas are great. We had a mini problem here as we ordered burgers and they took over 1 hour and we had to run to a show so they comped the dinner and gave it to us to go. So considering the problem I think they handled things well.

Amazing food, excellent service. I'm shocked that there are bad reviews. Our experience was fantastic!

Underwhelming when compared to any number of fine dining options in Vegas ( or elsewhere for that matter). Service was average. The steak I had was nothing particularly special. Let's put it this was. When the most memorable thing about the evening is a Calamansi soda, something is wrong.

Sub par food and expensive.

Disappointing. Given the same chef as 'Prime' we were expecting a similar experience. However this was not the case. Both the food and service were good but not outstanding as expected from a restaurant of this calibre. The sea bass came out luke warm and had to be reheated. At this price we will not be coming back.

Salmone eccezionale come pure la tartare di tonno. Servizio eccellente. Prezzo/qualità senza paragoni.

Outstanding restaurant, outstanding food and outstanding service. The bar and the service there is so good I would drop by to visit just them and have a drink.

We have the pre fix, which is a pretty good deal. The food was very good, and the service paced the food and wine pairing that we had very nicely.

The only complaint is that the sommalier paired Pinot Noir with scallops, which didn't work.

Also, the decor is creepy.

We really enjoyed this restaurant. The service was impeccable. There were a lot of wait staff hovering around, but they didn't make you feel rushed. They timed everything perfectly. The seafood plate appetizer was just ok. The steaks and side dishes were outstanding. Our server gave us perfect drink recommendations.

We loved Jean Georges. Lobster bisque was killer. We only did appetizers, but they were all fresh and fabulous!

Jean Georges Steakhouse at Aria CityCenter

I was very disappointed in our meal recently at Jean Georges Steakhouse at Aria. The Host had an attitude when we arrived but I guess that is OK if you can back it up. In this case they can’t. I took my 21 year old son on his first trip to Vegas and even with his pizza and burger tastes, he said it was disappointing. We started with salads, my son selected the tomato salad ($16) that he said was great and I had the wedge of lettuce with crumbled blue cheese and bacon ($18). My salad was very plain and the blue cheese was part of the dressing and not as advertised. We also waited 30 minutes for our salads to be brought to the table. They did bring a nice selection of breads but the wait was long. At this point my son and I counted 10 Waiters and Crew all dressed in black in our dining area. We saw the same number in other areas of the restaurant and it was weird how they hovered around. Add to that at least 3 Managers and it became claustrophobic with help. We waited another 30 minutes and finally the main course. I had the 8 oz Filet Mignon ($38), medium and it looked like a pre-packaged portion and it wasn’t more than 1 inch thick. Flavorful, but not juicy at all and not tender as expected with this cut of meat. They did include an interesting chili butter sauce but it didn’t match the steak. My son had the NY Strip ($44) medium rare and again, a pre-packaged portion and one end was burnt and the other end cold and very raw. In fairness, we were offered the Kobe Beef at $50/oz, 3 oz minimum but that was out of our budget. We split a cast iron pot of garlic mashed potatoes ($8) and were warned it might not be enough for 2 and they were right, 2 small scoops each. At this point, the hovering staff became a joke when my son finished his glass of Pinot Noir ($16) and the black Ninja grabbed the glass before it hit the table. The best and last part of the meal were 2 cups of cappuccino to prepare ourselves for the long night ahead. Final thoughts, a long, forgettable meal and a hovering staff that seemed confused as to who was doing what. No table linens covering a chipped and water ringed table (they’ve only been open 2 weeks) $206 with tip (2 salads, 2 entrees, 1 side 2 glasses of Pinot Noir and 2 cappuccinos)

Solid meal with a few fantastic appetizers and unremarkable entrees. I would come back but I'm not in a rush.
